Terms and Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
We will gladly refund or exchange your purchase should you not like the item, fit, color, the quality or basically for any reason you might be unhappy with your purchase within 14 days of shipping the merchandise. The item must not be used or worn and should be in new condition with the tags intact if possible. Exceptions for items that have been worn would be if a manufacturer defect appeared after the item was worn. Shipping charges will be refunded in the event we made a error in the order. A UPS call tag will be issued to pick the item up. Should you need to send merchandise back, please enclose a note as to what you would like us to do, credit your account, exchange for size, exchange for color, along with a copy of your receipt. Credits will be issued in a timely manner. Please send the merchandise back to us with some tracking method or confirmation of delivery method to verify that we in fact received the item, an exchange or credit be issued.
